Get ready for the third workshop of Foco Flava Week! Jackson Xia is bringing the fun and energy of Locking to Fort Collins on Thursday, September 12th at CSU Lory Student Center, Room #386—and the best part? It’s completely FREE!

We’re partnering with the CSU Hip-Hop Dance Club to host this special class, where Jackson will guide you through the playful and expressive world of Locking—a dance style created by Don Campbell in Los Angeles. Locking is actually the first street dance ever created, born from a mistake that evolved into a vibrant and unique style. It’s all about quick, distinct arm movements combined with more relaxed, groovy lower body moves.

This workshop is open to everyone, regardless of your previous dance experience. Jackson’s class is a playful space where all you need is an open mind, a willingness to connect with others, and the freedom to get a little silly!
