Fort Collins came alive with energy as Foco Flava Vol. 8: The Rocky Mountain Get Down took over Northern Colorado from September 10th to 14th, 2024. This year's wrestling-themed celebration of hip-hop culture was an undeniable success, bringing together dancers, DJs, and the local community for an unforgettable experience. With high-energy battles, inspiring workshops, and a passionate crowd, the event proved once again why it’s a cornerstone of the region’s cultural scene.

Leading up to the main event, attendees participated in a series of dynamic workshops featuring waacking, house dance, and locking, led by renowned instructors who shared their expertise and passion. The competition was fierce, with top dancers battling it out for cash prizes in the "Generation Takedown" Break Cypher Battle, "Ante Up" Break EFX All-Styles Battle, and the high-stakes "Break Rumble" Youth & Adult Rumble Mix-Up. Legendary DJs Foxx Boogie and The Drifter set the tone with masterful sets that kept the crowd moving and the energy soaring.
