Through thoughtfully curated events and comprehensive classes/workshops, we foster an environment where individuals can not only learn the art of hip-hop dance but also forge meaningful connections with one another.

Camp Groove: Foco Flava's Winter Hip-Hop Experience

Camp Explanation:

Welcome to the Camp Groove: Foco Flava's Winter Hip-Hop Experience! This free 3-day camp is designed for young dance enthusiasts aged 7-14, offering an exciting opportunity to explore the dynamic world of hip-hop. Under the guidance of experienced instructors, participants will learn the basics of hip-hop dance, enhance their skills, and prepare for a final performance showcase.

Our program is structured to provide a fun, engaging, and safe learning environment. Each day will be filled with dance sessions, creative choreography, and plenty of opportunities for kids to express themselves and make new friends. Whether your child is a beginner or has danced before, Camp Groove is the perfect place to develop their talents and passion for dance.

We're excited to offer this unique experience at no cost, thanks to our sponsors and community support. Spaces are limited to just 30 participants to ensure personalized attention for each dancer. So, don’t wait – register by December 28th and get ready for a winter break filled with rhythm, energy, and fun!

Camp Details:

  • Dates: December 30-31 & January 2, 2024

  • Times: 3:30 - 4:30 PM on Dec 30-31, and 3:30 - 5:00 PM on Jan 2

  • Location: Boys and Girls Club - Fort Collins, 1608 Lancer Drive, Fort Collins, CO

  • Daily Breakdown:

    • Day 1: Basics of Hip-Hop

    • Day 2: Enhancing Skills

    • Day 3: Performance, Recap, Video Shoot

This camp is a fantastic opportunity for young dancers to learn from a hip-hop, enhance their skills, and embrace the vibrant energy. While free, any form of donation to Foco Flava is appreciated. (Not Required to Participate)
